The carrier is selected based on your location and the most efficient delivery option for your order.

Orders places untill 1pm are  processed and pack on the same day. During launches, promotions or peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended. 

Once your order is dispatched or ready for collection, you’ll receive a confirmation email

We offer Click & Collect from Taïs Hair Studio. 

 

Orders places untill 1pm, processing and packing is on same day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please wait for your “Ready for Collection” email before coming to the store.

Orders cannot be collected until you’ve received this confirmation

Collection are from Tuesday Friday 10 - 6pm, Saturday 9 - 3pm.

If your parcel cannot be delivered, the carrier may:

 

Leave the parcel in a safe place

Redirect it to a local collection point
